VHFLC Summer Camp Photo Diary III

With just a few more weeks left of VHFLC Summer Camp, our sites have been making an extra effort to pack in the adventures and the fun! Take a peek at our third collection of images to see all the great projects and activities we've been up to.

This summer, VHFLC campers have the unique opportunity to design their own weeks by choosing the activities and projects that interest them (within our umbrella themes of STEM, Create, Fortitude, and Express). By using this model, everyone has the chance to grow and develop skills together through their own individualized and self-furthering experiences. Enjoy!

...And bounces out for some blocks!

Creston campers make some lovely window art

Each unique and beautiful like a snowflake!

Campers learn just how easy it is to grow food from food.

And later have a (mostly) healthy food art extravaganza!

Abstract and awesome

This eggs-tra creepy monster will scramble your brains!

The teachers devised a clever ticket system to ensure that everyone had their share of art materials

Creston string art!

Wrap the string in tin foil...

Cover the foil in clay...

Paint the clay once it dries, and you've got butterflies, dogs, and little men with strings for bones!

Glitter drip art

Attack of the alien goo!!!

Papier-mache bowls

This is what you get when you mix a dog and a pine cone

Relay race champions!

We hope you liked our pictures! Don't forget to check back for Part IV of our VHFLC Summer Camp Photo Diary. More escapades are soon to come!
