Valentine's Day games and fun with Capitol Hill and Bridlemile.
This past February 14th was very fun and exciting
for our 2 largest sites here at Vermont Hills.
Students at both Capitol Hill and Bridlemile were able to participate in
fun Valentine’s Day themed activities from games to crafts.
At Capitol Hill, they dove in hands and feet first for this
messy and thoughtful valentine. They created
the word love using their actual hands and feet dipped in red paint. Nothing better than receiving a sweet
valentine that also shows the size of your student that year. Time flies fast and they will be grown up
before long.
At Bridlemile they combined the holiday with Parents
Night. There was plenty of games to be
played and fun to be had. They created a
fun game of bean bag toss to earn points.
The line was long and students patiently waited their turn to see if
they could outscore the last person.
There was also a skilled station of paper airplanes. Now it wasn’t just making the planes that was
the fun part, it was the game that followed.
After your plane was made you had several opportunities to earn as many
points as you could by flying the plane through marked holes.
Our sites had a great holiday and we hope that your families
also enjoyed it. Please stay tuned for
more exciting things happening with Vermont Hills.
